Renovation for Club Lusitano, one of Hong Kong’s oldest and most celebrated social clubs located in Central, dating back over 150 years.

Interior fitting out works to the main lobby, typical lift lobbies, corridors and toilets from G/F to 46/F for the Phase 2A Development at Taikoo Place, Hong Kong.

Project commenced in April 2018 and was completed in April 2019. This marks the third design and build project of Hong Kong Garden SOCAM participated in for ASD since 2011.

The headquarters of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design and the Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid and completed in 2013.

Construction of four 12-33 storeys residential buildings on three 2-4 storeys podium respectively, including all associated site formation work, underground drainage and external work.

Construction of three 23-32 storeys domestic blocks on a single storey basement carpark, as well as one 2 storeys retail block, including all associated underground drainage and external work.

Comprises 2 residential buildings of 18 and 29 storeys on a 2-storey podium block, offering a total of 438 public housing units in Yuen Long. It was Hong Kong’s first public housing estate that achieved the Final Platinum rating under BEAM Plus NB V1.2.

The construction of an oval shape indoor velodrome-cum sports centre and construction of a contemporary-design town park.

The design and construction of a 36-storey building for the Customs Headquarter Building.

Is a new law courts complex in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, accommodating 32 courtrooms and supporting facilities of various government departments. It achieved the Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus NB V1.1 in 2017.

Design and construct an indoor recreation centre, a community hall, a district library, a residential care home for the elderly and an office accommodation for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

The project comprises the construction of a 35-storey office/commercial building with a GFA of 61,000 square metres and a 3-storey basement carpark, housing the headquarters of the Shui On Group.

Design and construction of two residential blocks of 8 and 11 storeys providing 144 numbers Grade H quarters over a 1 storey podium.

Being one of the design-and-build projects of Shui On, the work comprises the design and construction of a 26-storey office building for various government departments including reclamation, bored piling, external works and all associated building services works.

The rebuilding of the Victorian-era Murray House was the first and the largest historic building reconstruction project in Hong Kong. While re-erecting and adding new life to this 150-year-old building, extreme care was taken in the reconstruction process to ensure precise computation and placement of original stones materials.

This project comprises the design and construction of a multi-storey building for the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Headquarters.

A 42-storey commercial and office building of which 37 storeys are office premises and 5 storeys are retail and parking space with a total GFA of 40,000 square metres.

The works comprise the design and construction of two 8-storey residential towers with carparking facilities including hard and soft landscaping, relocation of tennis courts and all associated external drainage works.

Being Shui On's first design-and-build Private Sector Participation Scheme project, this includes the construction of eight blocks of 33-storey and 14 blocks of 34-storey residential towers and a commercial and car park complex.

The project comprises the construction of a 10-storey building with carpark, shops and boat-storage block, and a five-storey block with shops and restaurants.

Construction of a 37 storey domestic block includig all associated underground drainage and external work.
