This project includes the construction of two 31-storey Concord 2 Blocks (Home Ownership Scheme, which was completed in June 1999), one 3-storey commercial centre, one 1-storey Main Telecommunications and Broadcasting Equipment Room, upgrading of Ming Tak Shopping Arcade including roof enclosure and associated building services, and all associated drainage and external works.

This project includes the construction of the 4-storey Sheung Tak Shopping Centre containing shops, a market, bus terminus and roof terrace, two footbridges linking to Phase 5 and Phase 6, the design and construction of an amphitheatre including a performance stage and steel roof, and all associated drainage and external works.

This project includes the construction of two 35-storey New Cruciform Blocks and one 6-storey carpark. Aluminium formwork (the "Mascon System" from Canada) was utilised to construct the walls and slabs of the domestic blocks. As an alternative to timber formwork, the aluminium formwork was reuseable and environment-friendly, and it could reduce the amount of refuse on sites.

This project includes the construction of one Harmony Type One 31-storey block, two Harmony One 34 & 37-storey blocks, one 3-storey carpark building including all associated drainage and external works.

This project includes the construction of five Harmony Type One blocks that are of 39, 37, 34, 31 and 29 storeys respectively and all external drainage works.
