      Is a new law courts complex in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, accommodating 32 courtrooms and supporting facilities of various government departments. It achieved the Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus NB V1.1 in 2017.

      Design and construct an indoor recreation centre, a community hall, a district library, a residential care home for the elderly and an office accommodation for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

      The rebuilding of the Victorian-era Murray House was the first and the largest historic building reconstruction project in Hong Kong. While re-erecting and adding new life to this 150-year-old building, extreme care was taken in the reconstruction process to ensure precise computation and placement of original stones materials.

      Is an iconic 5-star luxury hotel in Hong Kong, evolved from the historic Murray Building in the “Conserving Central” Government initiative. Pat Davie was commissioned to design and carry out fitting-out works in parts of the hotel.
