Established in 1982, Pacific Extend Properties Management Limited has been providing quality and customer-oriented property management services in Hong Kong for over 40 years. It is currently managing a diversified portfolio of premises in Hong Kong, embracing residential estates, grade-A office building, schools, shopping centres, cultural facilities and carparks.

Pacific Extend Properties Management Limited is listed on the Approved List of Property Services Agent of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, performing a full range of property management duties for public housing estates in Hong Kong. As a licensed property management company under the Property Management Services Ordinance, we provide services that fully comply with the statutory requirements.

In addition to the daily cleaning, security, minor repairs, maintenance and financial management services, we also provide tailor-made services to suit the requirements of individual estates, buildings and premises, which include carpark management, club management, slope safety and landscape management and festive decoration/exhibition management.
