East Kowloon Cultural Centre (EKCC)
An Arts Complex on the former site of Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate with gross floor area of 21,600 square metres, the EKCC will house five performance venues, including a 1,200-seat Multi-Purpose Hall, a Theatre and three smaller venues. As a pioneer Arts and Technology flagship venue in Hong Kong, the EKCC has taken the lead in facilitating the convergence of artistic creation and high-end technology.
Civil Aviation Department Premises
Located on the southeast side of the Airport Island, and is the headquarters of the Civil Aviation Department with gross floor area of 58,086 square metres.
Oil Street Art Space
Oil Street Art Space was developed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the HKSAR Government in 2013. In a Grade-II historic building, the Art Space aims to promote visual arts by providing a platform for art exhibitions, forums and other art-related activities.
