Oil Street Art Space

Oil Street Art Space, situated at Oil Street in North Point, was developed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the HKSAR Government in 2013. In a Grade-II historic building, the Art Space aims to promote visual arts by providing a platform for art exhibitions, forums and other art-related activities.

Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre

Situated in the Hong Kong Park in Central, the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre was opened in 1992. It is an open, multi-directional art space that focuses on art learning, research and exchange. The centre is housed in a Grade I historic building, which was built around 1900 as married quarters for British army officers, and offers a number of well-equipped studios accommodating a wide array of disciplines, from ceramics, sculpture to printmaking, as well as a range of art training programmes to the public while also providing space for artists to experiment and create.

Public Works Regional Laboratories

The Public Works Regional Laboratories of the Civil Engineering and Development Department of the HKSAR Government provide an extensive range of materials testing services for the construction industry in Hong Kong. PEPM has provided property management services to the regional laboratories in Kowloon, Tin Shui Wai, Tai Po and North Lantau.
