Richland Gardens
Located in Kowloon Bay, Richland Gardens is the largest Private Sector Participation Scheme Home Ownership Project in Hong Kong. This Project was completed in 1985, comprising 22 residential blocks with 5,904 units, a shopping centre, car parking spaces as well as leisure and recreational facilities including swimming pool and sports grounds.
Bauhinia Garden
Completed in 2001, Bauhinia Garden in Tseung Kwan O is the first intelligent Private Sector Participation Scheme Home Ownership Project in Hong Kong, providing 3,200 units. This smart public housing estate is in-built with optic fibre for instant connection to broadband internet service. It also houses a multi-purpose shopping centre and provides various leisure and recreational facilities.
Hong Nga Court
Sitting on the Lam Tin Mid-level, Hong Nga Court is a Home Ownership Scheme project. Completed in 1993, it comprises three residential towers which provide 1,834 units and commercial space.
