Lok Sin Tong (Choi Hing Road) Transitional Housing Project
Completed in 2024, it is the first 8-storey transitional house in Hong Kong built by "Modular Integrated Construction" (MiC) method. The Project provides 329 units for families waiting for public housing. Each unit has a cooking area and a bathroom with shower. A small number of units are equipped with barrier-free toilet facilities.
East Kowloon Cultural Centre (EKCC)
An Arts Complex on the former site of Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate with gross floor area of 21,600 square metres, the EKCC will house five performance venues, including a 1,200-seat Multi-Purpose Hall, a Theatre and three smaller venues.
