Dalin Tiandi is a large-scale knowledge community project jointly developed by SOCAM, Shui On Land Limited (SOL) and Yida Group, in which SOCAM has a 22% interest since 2007.

This large-scale, multi-faceted project focusing on the global software and outsourcing industries will provide a total "work-live-learn-play" environment. Comprising approximately 3.2 million square metres of gross floor area on completion, this modern software hub will bring together businesses, IT and software development centres, commercial and residential properties, as well as educational and research facilities, outdoor recreational and other public amenities.

As part of the company's strategy to monetisng property assets in the Chinese Mainland since 2013, we made further progress and completed the disposal of our stake in Dailin Tiandi in December 2017.
