    • Shenyang Project Phase II

      The project is located at the junction between Beiling Main Street and Ningshan Road East, sharing the frontage of the Golden Corridor at the north of Huanggu District in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The development site adjoins Shenyang Project Phase I.


    • 21st Century Tower

      Situated at the Century Boulevard of Pudong District, the heart of Lujiazui Financial District, 21st Century Tower is next to the Nation’s tallest Shanghai World Financial Center and the famous Jin Mao Tower.


    • Haomen Building

      The building is intended to be redeveloped into a Ginza-type commercial centre with upscale food and retail outlets. It has a GFA of 13,000 square metres.
