• The Job:

    The incumbent will perform professional front desk duties including greeting guests and visitors, answering telephone calls and managing incoming and outgoing mails. He / She will also participate adhoc assignments if necessary.

  • Requirements:

    • DSE holder, or equivalent, with 1-2 years’ relevant experience
    • Good telephone manner, cheerful with excellent communication skills
    • Self-motivated and customer service oriented
    • Good computer skills in using MS Office application and English & Chinese Word Processing
    • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
