Learning and Development Assistant

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will coordinate the learning and development initiatives in Human Resources Department by providing supports in training needs analysis; organize and communicate with other members on program delivery, logistics and record maintenance.  He / She will also provide support to other HR projects as assigned.

    • Provide administrative duties on learning & development function in Human Resources Department
    • Manage training and development calendar as per yearly plan and ensure the execution is in place
    • Regular update on training materials including lesson and visual materials (e.g. PowerPoint and Video, etc.)
    • Work and provide support to the learning management system
    • As an assistant to set up the virtual classroom and conduct orientation in effective manner (if needed)
    • Perform data entry tasks, update training record system timely and monitor the staff training and expenses budget
    • Coordinate the training activities with external professional training organizations
    • Participate in cross-functional teams and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related area required
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
    • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skill and digital coordination skill
    • Strong organization, detail-minded and prioritization ability
    • Eager to learn, self-motivated, with flexibility and adaptability at work
    • Proficient in PC Skills (MS Office and digital tools)
