Assistant Learning and Development Manager

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will be responsible for the learning and development activities at Corporate level and support covering Business Unit by developing training plans, organizing training programs, analyzing and evaluating its effectiveness to align with the direction and strategies of the Company for developing people and culture.

    • Formulate training strategies and develop learning programs in line with business goals
    • Responsible for facilitating training needs analysis, course design and training delivery
    • Liaise with training consultants and internal departments on program development
    • Develop training roadmap and prepare training materials to align with corporate guidelines
    • Monitor the development of graduate trainee program and soft skills training
    • Responsible for the implementation and development of Learning Management System (LMS) and related blended training activities
  • Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related area required
    • Possess over 8 years of experience in learning and development function in property management or construction industry
    • Presentable with strong communication skills
    • Effective project management skills
    • Be creative and with good initiatives
    • With good team building capability
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationship, internally and externally
    • Strong analytical ability and numeric-sensitive
    • Microsoft Office Applications
    • Proficiency in written / spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
