Project Coordinator – Building Services

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will assist Project Managers in project planning, coordinating and progress monitoring of the assigned projects.

  • Requirements:

    • Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in local construction or maintenance industry
    • Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator-Building Services
