Senior Officer - Learning & Development

  • The Job:

    • Assess training needs, design and deliver various training programmes to meet people development and business needs
    • Identify and analyze staff training needs and recommend training solutions
    • Review and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement
    • Drive and provide full supports to various graduate / apprentice training schemes
    • Source and liaise with external consultants to see how to best meet the training needs of the Company
  • Requirements:

    • Degree holder in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development and solid experience in developing new training programs and delivering soft skills programs
    • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Independent, proactive, meticulous and flexible
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
