Senior Officer - Learning & Development

  • The Job:

    • Assess training needs, design and deliver various training programmes to meet people development and business needs Identify and analyze staff training needs and recommend training solutions Review and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement Drive and provide full supports to various graduate / apprentice training schemes Source and liaise with external consultants to see how to best meet the training needs of the Company
  • Requirements:

    • Degree holder in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development and solid experience in developing new training programs and delivering soft skills programs
    • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Independent, proactive, meticulous and flexible
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
