Officer - Learning and Development

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will participate in learning and development initiatives in Human Resources Department by providing supports in training needs analysis; organize and communicate with other members on program delivery, logistics and record maintenance. He / She will also provide support to sustainability projects as assigned.


    • Conduct various training programs to enhance competencies, work knowledge and soft skills development
    • Handle administrative duties on learning & development function in Human Resources Department
    • Manage training and development calendar as per yearly plan and ensure the execution is in place
    • Regular update on training materials including lesson and visual materials (e.g. PowerPoint and Video, etc.)
    • Administer the learning management system
    • Coordinate the training activities with external professional training organizations
    • Participate in planning and driving various CSR initiatives with relevant internal and external parties
    • Support the administration and logistics of CSR projects
    • Perform other ad hoc duties relating to HR and CSR
  • Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related area required with 4 years relevant working experience. Assistant Officer will be considered for less working experience.
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
    • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skill and digital coordination skill
    • Strong organization, problem solving mindset with detail-minded and prioritization ability
    • Eager to learn, self-motivated, with flexibility and adaptability at work
    • Proficient in PC Skills (MS Office and digital tools)
