The Job:

The incumbent will be stationed at site and assist the Clerk of Works in supervision of the construction works and monitoring the standard of workmanship against Employer's requirement and relevant specification and standards.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent; and
- Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 5 standard
- Minimum three (3) years’ site experience
- Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:-
  - Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course;
  - Basic Accident Prevention Course;
  - Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
  - Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
