The Job:

The incumbent will be assigned to work for and under day-to-day supervision of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. He/She will be responsible for the preparation of working drawings/sketches, as-built record drawings and to undertake other related duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Architectural Studies or Building Studies
• Experience in drafting and preparing of architectural drawings
• High proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD, Excel, PhotoShop, 3D Studio Max, Revit (BIM) and PowerPoint is essential
• Preferably with good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practices
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
