Assistant Manager - Administration

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and administering day-to-day general office activities to the Company and its subsidiaries, ensure timely and cost effective completion of job assignments.

  • Requirements:

    • Degree holder or above in business administration or related discipline
    • At least 7 years’ relevant experience
    • Exposure in the construction industry is a definite advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
