To monitor the macro business environment and market trends with respect to the current and potential
business areas of the Group

To evaluate and set the business strategies for ensuring the long-term growth and competitiveness of the
core businesses of the Group

To formulate corporate goals and plan and allocate human and financial resources and otherwise, for
execution

|
To monitor the execution of approved strategies and business plans
|
|
To review and approve acquisitions and disposals of assets in the ordinary course of business with
investment costs/net book values not exceeding certain thresholds

To review the operating performance and financial position of the Company and its strategic business units
on a monthly basis
