Creative Concepts Center is located at the central business district of Chongqing, close to Jiefangbei Square, with high-end hotels and shopping centres and a convenient transportation network.

Chongqing is the largest city in China with a population in excess of 30 million. It is the fourth direct municipality in China and the leading city and designated economic hub of southwest China under the a Go West policy supported by the Central Government. It is expected to be transformed into a major industrial, commercial and financial centre in the next 10 years.

Project Details
The total gross floor area of this building is approximately 86,000 square metres, comprising a 24-storey residential tower and a retail podium.

Current Status
Pre-sale was launched in September 2009 and was well received. Release of the remaining residential units as well as the office and retail spaces for sale will continue in 2010.
