Location
Nanyang building is located at Nanping Road North, Nanan District, which is near the Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Centre - a major business destination in Chongqing. It enjoys a spectacular Yangtze River view.

Project Details
Nanyang Building will be redeveloped into a luxury residential block. The total gross floor area is about 53,000 square metres. This project is targeted for completion in 2011.

Current Status
The existing commercial building is intended to be demolished and a re-positioning of the project as serviced apartments is under consideration.
