Location
Qianxinian Building is located at Guanyinqiao, Jiangbei District and opposite the bustling Guangyinqiao Pedestrian Street. The Pedestrian Street is a newly established shopping area with around 800,000 square metres retail spaces and it draws over 300,000 pedestrian flow on a daily basis.

Project Details
This building has a GFA of 35,000 square metres and is planned to convert to an upmarket 21-storey office tower with a retail podium.

Current Status
It will be converted to a Grade B office tower with complementary retail space. It will be targeted for en-bloc sale, with minimum cost of refurbishment, and the project is set for completion in 2011.
