Location
The Central Point is located along Ren Ming Road South Section, the new central business district of Chengdu, approximately one km from the city centre and is on the south shore of Jingjiang.

Project Details
Phase I of the project consists of an existing 35-storey tower comprising office, serviced apartments and a hotel. An adjacent Phase II will be developed into a 30-storey office tower. The project will provide a GFA of 120,000 square metres by 2010.

Current Status
Further to the sale in 2008 of the office portion in Phase I to a reputable financial institution, SOCCP entered into an agreement in February 2010 for the disposal of the serviced apartments for RMB367 million.
