The Xiwang Building is a prime office plaza development located in the city centre of Dalian, a coastal city in the Liaoning province, approximately one kilometre from the central train station, three kilometres from Dalian port and 10 kilometres from Dalian International Airport. It is also a focal point served by over 20 public transportation routes.

Project Details
The property has a total GFA of 89,000 square metres, comprising a 40-storey commercial building with three levels of basement and car parking spaces. Construction of Xiwang Building was completed in 2007.

Current Status
CCP announced the disposal of its beneficial interest in Xiwang Building in June 2008.
