Location
The property is located in a well-established residential and commercial district of Tianhe in Guangzhou, which is the capital of Guangdong Province and the economic hub of southern China.

Project Details
The current development plan is to build three residential towers, one serviced apartment plus four basement levels. Completion of this project is expected in 2011.

Current Status
The foundation and basement up to ground level has been completed. Planning has been granted to convert part of the original commercial and retail space to enhance the residential portion.
