Location
The property is located at the Huanggu District, the Central Administration Region of Shenyang. It is at the north of the Golden Corridor, which has been the commercial hub of the city. 

Shenyang is the economic capital of Liaoning Province in northeast China and is expected to benefit from the recent policy of the Central Government to revitalise the three major northeast provinces in the area.

Project Details
This project will be developed into one of the best contemporary multi-use complexes in Shenyang and will house 281,000 square metres of three residential towers, hotel/serviced apartments and retail facilities. This development is complemented by the adjacent Shenyang Project Phase II, in which the Group has an 80% interest.

Current Status
This project was released for pre-sale in September 2009 and was well received. The project is expected to be completed in 2011.
