Shui On Construction Co., Ltd, Mainland (SOCM), our construction arm in the Chinese Mainland, was established in 1985. It has been awarded a number of construction projects from the commercial and public sectors. It provides solid support for the Shui On Group's property development activities.
SOCM has acquired the following contracting qualifications: 1st Class Construction, 1st Class Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation, 2nd Class Finishing and Decoration, and 2nd Class Ground Base and Foundation Engineering.
With its construction expertise and rich experience, SOCM has been awarded over 40 construction projects, which include the construction works at Shanghai City Hotel, Jin Ming Building, the politics and law institution office block of Huang Pu District, the Hua Yuan World Plaza, Hong Hua Yuan Community, Shanghai Rui Hong Xin Cheng, and Shanghai Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) Live and Work Area in Yang Pu District.
