Pacific Extend Ltd. (PEL), a subsidiary of Shui On Building Contractors established in 2000, mainly undertakes works on maintenance from the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the former Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation as well as maintenance and minor works for the Link, the Urban Renewal Authority, CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd and other institutions.
